You can pay by month or pay yearly for Instacart delivery! Its not too expensive, it's definitely cheaper in the long run because you're saving time and gas. My overall experience is fairly good! Other than the charges for delivery and service fees which being a paid member of Instacart you pay cheaper fees and don't pay for delivery fees if a paid member! Other than this, it's a wonderful place to use for places available to shop online at. I recommend this to those that are too busy to shop themselves or for those who don't have the means to get to places themselves!

Overall, the benefits of using Instacart is I don't have to rely on my family to take me shopping nor do I have to do it myself. It makes me feel more independent that I don't have to wait for my daughter to come home and do the grocery shopping. I can just whip out my phone and place an order.

I usually get my order delivery incorrect. But I also get my orders quickly. Pros: I like that I can shop at multiple stores and have them all picked up at 1 time. Cons: I do not like that I pay a monthly fee to use Instacart delivery, and then still pay for delivery charge.

I have always despised going to the grocery store. Instacart has saved me so much time and stress from having to make the dreadful weekly trip! Ordering groceries is as simple as writing a grocery list and the price is well worth it! I do wish that shoppers were better informed on how to pick quality produce. I order a lot of fresh produce and sometimes have to go back to the store to repurchase them on my own. The app still does save me time because my grocery list is significantly reduced and Instacart makes it easy to report a problem and request a refund when the shopper has done poorly. I think more education for the shoppers would help resolve this problem.

Great experience! Best grocery delivery software! I really like the Instacart software! It's such a great way to order groceries. It has a good variety of nearby groceries and they are very good about live updates on order statues and about unavailable items and substitutes. All of the drivers are very friendly too.

Perfect when all functions as it is supposed to. Atrocious customer service when a human is needed. I love that we can have our office's perishables delivered from trusted sources and without a trip to the grocery store. Prices are marked up but not unreasonably so. The customer service for anything beyond a missing item is atrocious. If you have an order problem, that is usually handled with a few clicks quickly and efficiently. If you are honest and not abusing "missing items" you're credited right away. If you have any problem that involves a human and not AI, it is an endless cycle of being bounced between chats with no substantial answers/fixes. The customer service has made me contemplate canceling once.
