They make onboarding simple and they are extremely responsive to feature/functionality requests! What do you dislike: I have not found any downsides to ChargeAutomation! Problems solved: Where to begin? ChargeAutomation helps with payment processing, security deposit holds at an amazing rate, pre-arrival and rental agreements, guest ID collection/verification, and so much more!
