It also saves us time by automating a lot of our work, letting the team focus on improving our services. Overall, it's been a huge help in boosting customer satisfaction and making our operations run smoother. **Pros:** The WhatsApp newsletters are a game-changer. With multi-language support, it's easy to make sure every customer gets the message in their language. It's simple to use, and personalization with placeholders, like adding names, makes a big difference in customer satisfaction. The omnichannel inbox also keeps everything in one place, which is super convenient. **Cons:** There's an initial investment of time needed to set up the system properly and get familiar with all the features. It takes some effort at the beginning, but the onboarding team makes it manageable, and once everything is in place, it's smooth sailing.

Highly professional and quick. eager to please and knowledgeable. **Pros:** Easy to use. Overview of all our conversational online channels. It automatically responds to our clients. It does a great job of answering simple questions on our behalf. **Cons:** Nothing to complain about here. The tech does exactly what it says. The value far outweighs the price. I can't recommend them highly enough.

The Best Tech and Support I've Experienced

What do you like best about chatlyn? We spent weeks searching for the right technology to manage our online conversations across all our platforms and Chatlyn was hands down the best. The best tech, and the best people and support. Their tech allows us to receive messages from all online channels, it interprets those conversations using AI and either responds for us using our information or it refers the unusual questions to a team member. It's like hiring an army of staff who are fast, accurate and polite with great spelling and grammar. We now embed conversations into our targeted paid ads and it would not have happened were it nor for Nikolaus and Chatlyn coming on our journey with us. They educated us and gave us all the information we needed and never pushed us to buy. They helped us to buy and that's what we did. We would recommend them to any business who wants reliable online interaction with their customers. What do you dislike about chatlyn? I can't think of anything I don't like about this company and its staff. What problems is chatlyn solving and how is that benefiting you? It understands inbound messages across all online messaging or email platforms and responds for us or gives us a response to send out.
