A simple, super clear, and easy-to-use tool.

I can enter templates that we use on a daily basis, making daily management easier and also helping us to handle responses and communication with our guests more easily and quickly. What do you dislike or think could be improved? Implement better AI tools to help write and respond to messages with guests, as well as improve automated messages, thereby enhancing the guest experience.

Ease of use.

I find the use very easy. Guest sends us a message, we get notified and we reply. It makes communications with the guests fast and I believe they appreciate it as well, assuming we notice the notifications of the messages of course. What do you dislike or think could be improved? Perhaps a way to contact guests who are in house but haven't contacted us yet? Though not sure if that would even be possible.

Great messaging software and CRM

Great time saver for the team - thanks to automated campaigns and SMS now it's so easy to communicate with our guests! Detailed analytics, friendly support, easy campaign management and live chat widget for the website. What do you dislike or think could be improved? We are waiting for the chat bot based on chat-GPT to enhance our guests experience and help them 24/7 with booking process and while they are staying with us :)

The multi source and multi user possibilities to handle guests messages, custom and automatized messages to be sent to guests. What do you dislike or think could be improved? The online platform could be improved, to make it easier to navigate and, follow up all the messages more efficiently.

Great and very individual campaign management

We do like the many settings when to use the campaign as well as the variety of filters of the guests and their reservations. So we can send very individual campaigns to each segment, arrival time, channel source etc. As well, the interface to our PMS apalo runs very smoothly so that we have all the necessary data in BookBoost. We also have to mention the direct and fast support. We have a good connection to each other and appreciate the cooperation very much. BookBoost is also constantly developing and does not stand still. Please carry on as before! What do you dislike or think could be improved? There is always room for improvement, as all hotels work differently and have different needs. Above all, we would like to see simpler and more meaningful reporting. Direct interfaces to the OTAs would also be very desirable, but we know that the other side very often stands in the way.
