Easy to use, great customer support, most competitive price in market
Overall is good for our existing small hotel projects. The Marketing Manager Miss. [sensitive content hidden] is super responsible and supportive. She defiantly earn a credit for why we choosing Airhost. **Pros:** User interface is clean, tidy and easy to operate. **Cons:** Lake of daily cashier report, which is compulsory for hotel. I already feedback to Airhost and was told they are developing it now. Hope can launch the function soon, else we will use another PMS & CM

操作画面がとにかくわかりにくい
Pros: 一度、直接ズームで教えてくれたことがあり、それは助かったのだが、それ以降はもう知らんという感じだった Cons: 結局、最初から最後まで訳が分からなかった。air host oneというのと管理コンソールというのが別にあって、どっちがどっちなのかがよくわからない。料金設定をする画面がわからない。エアビー側は、エアホスト側で決めてくれというし、エアホスト側は、エアビー側で聞いてくれとかいう。わかりにくさを改善もする気がないみたい。問い合わせチャットはAI botが返事するが、これがまたとんちんかんな回答ばかりで結局、解決しない。最後、解約したいのですがというメールを送ったら、返答もなく、いきなり解約通知が届いた。解約後の準備ができていたからよかったものの、できていなかったらどうなっていただろう。
