In 2022 we decided to rent our 4 apartment family mountain chalet for the first time beyond our direct customers after 15 years going solo... After a thorough review, I selected Fantasticstay (FS) as our Channel partner because of the excellent reviews and because FS would enable us to automate many tasks to extend our reach to Airbnb and beyond. I was not disappointed! The FS team is very responsive and stands by its services. I have never seen such a helpful support both on the Sales side from Asen and the Support team from Hristiyan. The website features are also very easy to use: I was able to digitalize our contract for our direct customers, we use the payment through stripe, we integrated natively with Airbnb, all of our messages can be managed from FS, the Calendar is very easy to use... FS also has some advanced features (some of which even in the free version) for automation. I value very much the responsiveness of the FS team which enabled us to solve most of our initial issues. I highly recommend this solution and company.
