New to STR ownership and hoping that Hospitable can bring together all the booking platforms in one place for me to manage a single calendar, as well as incorporate a direct bookings options for me. So far so good while drinking from a firehose on both the amount and quality of new customer support with only a few hiccups to navigate thus far! We had a bit of a rough start, despite paying extra to be trained by the team. Once we got the gang of it, it's a very cool program. Lots of features that fit our needs perfectly. Smarty is also a very in tune AI and probably the smartest I haver come across yet.
