Everything 'just works' and it's an affordable solution that allows me to automagically notify our cleaning team, automate messages, customise for different platforms, create my own direct booking site, automagically set the door code and the welcome message on the TV and it's all good to go when I eventually launch on the other major boking sites too.

I tested a bunch of PMS for my Airbnb/VRBO rental. Hostex was easy to use, intuitive in most cases, and offers most if not all the features I want, for an unbeatable price. The few times I needed help, support was prompt and knowledgeable.

The support group is absolutely amazing—they are quick, "give-it-their-all," and always solve my problems on the spot. I also love the convenience of the AI translation. I set up everything by myself quite quickly and the customer service is excellent, always there when I need them... plus im not talking to a bot so its very pleasant and helpful... also compared to other pms they are much more affordable... i am a small business and didnt need anything with highly advanced features. i highly recommend hostex !
