Very Versatile
Positive experience overall. The ease and versatility outweigh the cons for sure! Pros: I can manage and also inquire into many different aspects of business from one place. Plus as a wonderful customer service tool I can look up data for up to 10 years ago. Cons: If there are too many users on or if there is unusually high volume at one time the software will run extremely slow or even crash. Multi property user
Complex enough to handle our needs of multi property portfolio. Cons: Support resolution takes longer than expected. Reasons for switching to IQware: Prior PMS is a smaller company with limited resources, needed more in today’s market. Great Hospitality Software
Great service!! Pros: Easy to use, easy to train, great support. Cons: Great product, there are really no cons to the software or support. Poor support and response time. Releases untested updates. Does not have 24 Tech support.
The software is inexpensive. There really is not much to like about the product. Should be used in a small hotel environment that does not need many reports. Cons: Ease of use. IQware is Great for Front Desk Management
I have had no problems with this software. The staff working the front desk seem to be able to use it with ease, and it organizes our day so we are fully aware of who is coming and going at the property. Pros: I liked the reports, night audit, and the way it displayed arrivals and departures. The software is fairly easy to use once you get the hang of it. Cons: The hardest thing to get right is when we have to adjust the rates for some reason. If we have to issue a refund or discount, it can get tricky. There is always a way to get it to work though, you just have to manually calculate it and enter it in.
