Lavanda is user-friendly. The Dashboard showing all KPIs is helpful for my team and everyone to see up-to-date performance.

Lavanda was very easy to use and their team was very responsive. Sometimes the software was struggling with discrepancies and bugs but they were actively looked after by their back end team.

Generated good revenue. The few issues we had were resolved promptly. More support required at site for housekeeping and linen changes. Pros: Web based, available and functional on all devices. Cons: Not easy to see cancellations and booking changes. Reasons for choosing Lavanda: More suited to short-lets.

Lavanda have a really supportive and responsive team which we found incredibly useful. Yair in particular always went the extra mile to help! Pros: Multi Calendar feature made it visually easy to see booked and available rooms. Chat feature - we could see all communication sent between Lavanda and the customer, we could communicate internally between site and Lavanda and we could communicate the customer. Great function! Cons: It would have been useful for us if bookings that cancelled or did not meet vetting requirements were instantly removed from the main list under the 'Bookings' tab.

The software is very convenient to use and makes check ins so much easier. We have a few set up problems however the customer service is fantastic, they were always available and took the time to go through any concerns we had regarding the systems. We would of liked to of had a break down of instructions of how everything worked as we had to figure a lot out for ourselves, however once we contacted Lavanda, they took full control for us and simplified the whole process.
