Excellent Support, Great Features, Superb Value
One of the best systems I've had the pleasure to work with. Support is excellent, the software is robust and full of upper-tier functionality. CANNOT be implemented without a rigorous training schedule. Not a system you can throw a temp or intern on and expect them to understand. **Pros:** Hand down the best support I've ever experienced from a tech company. Not only are they fast to respond to questions, they provide monthly training at no extra cost. **Cons:** Naming conventions are misleading. Navigation can be cumbersome and the online help feature is too vague.

Top Notch System and Service
The software works as promoted with many options to fit clients needs. What I am most impressed is the level of support we receive and the speed in which we receive support. From daily tech questions to new technology upgrades, the Maestro team is always quick to respond and have the desire to provide solutions. **Cons:** Group package rate setup seems to be very complex and difficult to wrap my head around, will continue to study and ask questions.

**What do you like best about Maestro PMS?** Maestro PMS is visual, fast, and efficient. If you need assistance, Customer Service is quick and professional to help you with your issue and teach you new things about the software. **What do you dislike about Maestro PMS?** There is nothing I dislike about this software. Highly recommend! **What problems is Maestro PMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Maestro PMS makes billing an ease as well as Night Audits with its numerous report options.

Easy once you get the hang of it
**What do you like best about Maestro PMS?** Maestro is an incredibly thorough system. Each action involves plenty of prompts, making it difficult to make mistakes. This is especially nice if you are a beginner. My first experience with any sort of property management system was with Maestro, and I will say I learned a ton. **What do you dislike about Maestro PMS?** That being said, once you've used the system for awhile, the prompts get a bit irritating. The system is almost too thorough and it slows down checkins, checkouts, transactions, etc. I also wish that when inserting notes into reservations, there's some sort of automatic timestamp/signature of the one leaving the comment. **Recommendations to others considering Maestro PMS:** Learning this system will take time, but once you get the hang of it, you'll appreciate all the features it has to offer. **What problems is Maestro PMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Maestro's thoroughness makes it easy to avoid errors. In the instance of an error, it's easy to retrace steps to figure out what went wrong and how to fix it.

Feature Rich System at a Great Price, and Great Support Too!
Maestro is a very feature rich system that rivals its major competitors at a far less cost. Additionally, the support and training supplied by Maestro has been second to none, with nearly all support incidents resolved with only a single call. **Pros:** Maestro is a very user friendly system. Additionally it has all the features of system 2-3 times its cost, and the support has been spot on. **Cons:** While Maestro has great reporting options, I wish there was an end-user in-app custom report feature similar to what one might find in Salesforce without the price of additional licenses. Although you can export to excel and csv formats in the end its still just exporting canned reports. Also, while they have an analytics product, it still requires additional licenses.

**What do you like best about Maestro PMS?** Maestro PMS is super simple to learn and use. Once I got the operations down it was quick and easy to set up reservations for our guests. I'm so glad we use this program. I am impressed with the level of support we receive and the speed in which the support is delivered. **What do you dislike about Maestro PMS?** Trying to figure out the best way to do some things can be difficult and certain things that are seemingly simple are often a lot more complicated than they should be. **Recommendations to others considering Maestro PMS:** This software really does well in hospitality management and I highly recommend it. **What problems is Maestro PMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** This system has enabled us put all our events and track bookings. It has also enabled us keep records of events and those for bookings.
