Prostay took the chaos out of our first season
We’re a new resort in Phuket. As any new property we’ve struggled at the beginning with choosing the right pms for us. The Prostay team was very responsive which we needed the most to get us started. Setup was smooth and special thanks to Yazed for always be present during the onboarding. Features are more than you can ask for in a PMS especially the reporting module and the offline mode. Moving forward, we’re excited to see what’s next for Prostay.

Helps us run the resort even with no internet
We operate a dive resort in Bali in a remote area of the island. We tried using other systems before but we always had problems because of our limited internet connection. Prostay solved this by allowing us to use the system offline when our wifi is down. The system was easy to learn and easy to teach to the rest of the staff. The integrated POS and channel manager have made our operations much smoother. Highly recommended for any property in remote locations.
