Very responsive client service - easy to use - cloud based with unlimited accounts

Pros: Clear calendar; easy to move bookings; flexibility for different hotel types; data export; easy to use on mobile phone. Cons: Pre-payment invoicing system not flexible; invoice layout not great/text size tiny; cutting tool to split bookings can be improved; connection problems when using VPN.

We like the way the system is built and that it is so easy for everyone in our team to use it.

Pros: Calendar view gives a great overview of bookings; easy to create new bookings and change existing by dragging and dropping. Cons: Hard time keeping track of payments; would like a built-in reminder system similar to accounting software.

Best PMS in the market, with minor additions it is the best choice for small and medium properties.

Pros: Easy to use, intuitive, rich features and easy to train staff on. All you need in one place Cons: Breakfast data and reporting, lack of customization for small markets, lacks GDS connectivity.

Pros: Easy to work with, easy to find the functions, good visuality Cons: Some reports are missing, and there is no pick up chart for revenue management. Some guest advisor function are missing for automatic operation
