Great system
Very happy with the system so far and would recommend **Pros:** Usability, multiple functions, great customer service **Cons:** Some smaller UK agents do not integrate with the system **Reason for choosing Webhotelier:** They offered a package that included a PMS, channel manager and booking engine **Switched from:** SiteMinder — We were approached and we were interested in the proposal

Excellent Collaboration
The experience of Webhotelier is just fine to me. I always take the answers that I need to all my requests. **Pros:** Webhotelier has got very good support and client service. The application is very useful and user friendly. **Cons:** The support services of webhotelier usually prefer e-mail than direct answer through phonecall which is also nice because they answer correctly, on time and to the point.

**Pros:** There is everything in one place. You can manage all the reservation through webhotelier and put offers, promotional codes etc **Cons:** There is no a central menu and many features are "hide", not easy to find them **Switched from:** Hoteliga — Hoteliga not useful, very old system with many problems daily
