Very less time-consuming, Features can be modified, No errors in reservation... Better co-ordination from the marketing team. Cloudbeds did not cater to the requirements of the Indian market to that extent.

User-Friendly Interface, Comprehensive Feature Set, Seamless OTA Integration, Mobile App Accessibility... but sometimes in peak hours all customers care officer occasionally be busy so its my suggestions please increase the strength.
