Let's just say that I'm wary of new and touted apps, particularly when I've never used it before and I'm forced to use it when I'm miles from home and tired. However, things worked out well and the app got me into my room without too much fuss. I appreciate that OpenKey exists as an option for hotels to offer.

Can't being to express how amazing having mobile key will be to guests, hotel employees etc. The fact guests can see on the app the day they check out and the room number on the mobile key alleviates the stress from the busy traveler.
