Great PMS
It's an all in one property management system. I like how you can make automations, track revenue and monitor calls. There's so much we had to figure out with trial and error. We're still discovering new features every day. The Marketing platform doesn't communicate with the PMS platform, so all contacts must be exported to the marketing side manually. Look at the systems you use and need. Compare to what track has to offer. Not using so many separate systems. Having everything unified. Hearing customer service calls and using them for training purposes.

Track - Sendible Integration
TRACK is an excellent system and has been an asset to our Vacation Rental company. We have had to make a few tweaks, but that is to be expected. Overall, we are happy with Track and have been able to integrate Sendible into the Track system to help us monitor and utilize our Social Media to its full potential. Sendible is more cost-efficient for us and is compatible with Track. We get feedback from our Owners and Guests in a more streamlined fashion. There is not much that we dislike about Track; it was just a few of the tweaks in the beginning to adjust it to our system and the way we wanted to do business. We can get more feedback from our Owners and Guests, most importantly. It has also helped our Rev Mgmt Dept to be more efficient.

Maintaining the relationship with the customer means knowing the basic necessities and requirements of the customer and make the product as per the demand in the market. Since a correct and accurate software is required to track the sales from all the departments and know the demand of the product from the customer and market point of view. We cannot track the leads and prospects from the customers buying behaviour. By conglomerating and using various market driven softwares we can forecast the demand for the Product.

Easy to navigate and use for making reservations. Would like to see more filtering capabilities. Quickly make reservations and store guest information for future reservations.

It is very user friendly. You can do multiple different tasks through on Dashboard. It is not mobile friendly. I have to use a desk top to access the cloud. I have less applications. They are all in one place. I can also track how well we are treating customers.

Brand New not impressed so far
We have multiple company locations and this integrates all of us onto the same system. Not enough integration support. Data that was ported over from our previous software was distorted and all had to be adjusted individually by hand. Provides uniformity among our multiple companies. Better owner portal available. Better guest portal.
